Admin Guide
Manage your team, read the numbers, and understand what you can and cannot see. This guide covers the dashboard, billing, and privacy boundaries.
Dashboard overview
The dashboard at /dashboard is your org-wide view. Pick a date range at the top — it applies to every number on the page.
The KPI strip shows Hours worked (paid screenshot time), Tracking now (active sessions), Average activity, and Blocked time (privacy-excluded app time).
Below that, each team member appears as a card with their status, screenshot counts, tracked hours, and a daily activity sparkline.
Member cards and drill-down
Each card shows a member’s current status (tracking, paused, or offline), how many screenshots they approved, removed, or left pending, and their tracked vs paid hours.
Click a card to open the member detail page. There you can see their full session list, approved screenshots, per-minute activity, and change their capture interval.
Capture interval controls how often the desktop app takes a screenshot for that member. The default is 10 minutes; you can choose from presets between 2 and 60 minutes.
Reading hours, deductions, and blocked time
Hours tracked = total time the member was in an active session, minus pauses and privacy-excluded time.
Blocked = time the member spent on apps or windows excluded from capture. Blocked time is not counted as tracked or paid time, and no screenshots were taken during it.
Deductions = time removed by the employee. Each removed screenshot deducts one capture interval from paid hours.
Hours worked / Paid hours = the time represented by screenshots the employee approved. This is the number you pay against.
Invite and manage team members
Go to /dashboard/team to see current members and pending invites.
Use the Invite member action to generate an invite link. Send it to the person directly; they’ll create an account and join your org.
Invited but not yet accepted members appear in the pending list. You can resend or cancel an invite from there.
Billing and seats
Go to /dashboard/billing to see your current plan, subscription status, and seat count.
You are billed per active member seat. Members who have not accepted their invite do not count toward your bill.
If you cancel at the end of the period, the subscription remains active until the current period ends and then expires gracefully.
Privacy and trust signals
You only see screenshots the employee approved. Pending and removed screenshots are invisible to admins by design.
Average activity shows the percentage of capture windows that had keyboard or mouse input. Low activity can signal idle time or denied permissions, not lack of work.
Last active tells you when a member last started a session, even if they had no screenshots in the selected date range.
